Shipping & Delivery
AnswerMost of our items are made-to-order, therefore please allow 2-5 business days for creation, ready to ship. Large orders may take longer, but we will always contact you if there will be any delay. Custom orders can take up to 15 business days. Please see ‘Custom Orders’ below for more info.
Delivery within Australia
AnswerWe offer a flat-rate of $10 tracked delivery Australia-wide. Once your order is sent, delivery usually takes 1-5 business days (after your order is lovingly handmade), but can be up to 10 business days depending on your distance from Melbourne. You will receive a delivery estimate and tracking information when your order ships.
AnswerCurrently we are not set-up to offer international orders through our online shop, however, flick us an email and we can advise you of international shipping costs and place an order that way.
AnswerAll items are handmade and thoroughly checked for quality before being shipped. However, in the very unlikely event that your order is faulty please advise us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange a return. We do not offer return or refund for change of mind.
AnswerWant a different combination of fabrics? Dreamt something up that you can’t quite find online? Send us an email about a custom order and we’d love to chat to you about what’s possible! We’ve made custom bibs for formal weddings, baptisms/christenings, themed first birthday parties and more.
All our items are handmade and while they are carefully created to be sturdy and kid-proof we still recommend treating your new items with love and care. A warm, gentle machine wash with a mild or natural detergent is best. We also recommend avoiding the use of a fabric softener, as these can often reduce the absorbency of the fabrics.
Teethers: The fabric part of our teethers can be washed in this way too (per above). Simply untie fabric from wooden ring before washing. To keep wooden teether looking and feeling its best a little olive oil, coconut oil or natural beeswax can be applied.
Earrings: Avoid wearing earrings in shower and when swimming. We only use surgical-grade stainless steel posts and backings which are nickel-free and therefore hypoallergenic.
